That $245 includes up to one hour on site. We will be able to diagnose the problem with the system within that hour, and potentially repair it if no parts are required to be ordered in.
If any parts or additional labour are required, a quote will be provided before any work is undertaken.
You will never pay more than $245 for a call out and diagnosis from our air conditioning repairs team in Sydney.
If on the rare occasion we find your system is just not financially viable to repair, e.g. very old or multiple major parts required. We will advise you of this and provide a quote to supply and install a new system.
If you then decide to go ahead with our quote for the replacement system we refund you back for the initial call out fee ($100).
So you're not forking out again. We do this to hopefully set up a lasting customer relationship with our new clients.
